Within the Commercial Partnership Department, he/she will support the team to accomplish its mission of accelerating the retailization process among the retailers of the Maison in the South-East European region.

Under the responsibility and the monitoring of the Trade Marketing Manager, he/she will be engaged in the following activities:

Social and Digital

  • promote and coordinate the brand's digital campaigns with commercial partners.
  • analyse and share the results on the effectiveness of the campaigns and on the online presence of the brand.
  • inject new ideas to further develop our presence.


Training

  • manage the app created for e-training.
  • create new content relevant to commercial partners by coordinating with the other departments involved and post it in the app on regular basis.
  • develop other offline trainings.


Data Client Analysis

  • monitor the progress of the customer database.
  • create quarterly newsletters for each partner.
  • carry out ad hoc analyses to define any specific action plans.


Other activities

  • review and update brochures, product presentations and other materials addressed for our commercial partners.
  • help the team delivering ad-hoc presentations.
  • perform specific tasks as requested by the team to aid the fulfilment of the functions of the department.


Qualification / Education:

  • Graduated in Economics or Business Administration; a Master in Business Analytics will be considered a strong plus.
  • A previous internship experience of almost 6 months in a multinational company with focus on Sales and Trade marketing will be a plus.


Skills:

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Fluency in English
  • Precision and attention to details
  • Proactivity and curiosity
  • Willing to go the extra mile and to work in a team
  • Passion for Luxury and Watches (nice to have)
