MAIN PURPOSE - To implement digital and social integrated communications strategy plan and orchestration by managing advertising placement, negotiation and execution of any given projects within Cartier Watch/Corporate/Seasonal/EC-driven, across all Paid Own, Earn digital and social communications platforms, including but not limited to paid media, social activation, ePR etc.
- To keep track on digital and performance marketing performance, develop & optimize the results based on objective and KPI setting and provide insights behind data
- To work closely with the HQ Communications & PR team, media agency, PR agency and/or social agency, internal marketing/content development/E-Commerce teams/data team etc. on strategy development, validation, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Key responsibility 1 – Implement digital and social strategies and action plans on given projects
- Follow up and implement on given projects across all Paid, Own, Earn platforms, including digital, social and ePR
- Liaise and validate communication actions plans and creative layouts with HQ Communications team as well as media, ePR, creative/digital agencies
- Liaise and work closely with China Media & Publicity team/Brand Content team/Data team/EC team to ensure consistence outputs of excellence in line with the project directions
- Ensure quality and premium outputs in all campaign as per Cartier’s guidelines to maintain and enhance Cartier as the luxury reference
- Responsible for overseeing given project performance, results & KPIs
- Handle all purchase orders and invoice processing on the given projects

- Key responsibility 2 – Digital and performance marketing management (incl Search)
- Assist in digital and performance marketing annual strategy build up and KPI setting, including but not limited to digital ads, social ads, search ads, programmatic ads etc.
- Liaise and work closely with EC team to ensure healthy growth on DTC/Tmall traffic
- Operational support on the performance/search daily execution within Watch/EC-driven category, including visual planning, copywriting, MR follow ups, optimization etc.
- Coordinate monthly digital dashboard data consolidation, performance/search quarterly and yearly buying review and performance results review

- Key responsibility 3 – Agency management (on given projects)
- Manage day-to-day working relationship with media agency, social agency, creative agencies, production house etc.
- Manage Media agency briefings, media selection, campaigns KPI, work flow, third-party tracking and maintain a constructive relationship
- Manage agency on exploring innovative ideas and workflow efficiency

- Key responsibility 4 – Billing & Administrative Duties
- Handle vendor creation, purchase orders and invoice processing
- Working with the teams to ensure an updated record of spending on given projects.
- Ensure the accuracy on monthly YTD review and quarterly LE updates
REQUIREMENTS Experiences: -
- At least 5-7 years working experiences in digital media, luxury marketing is preferred
- Performance marketing relevant experiences is preferred
- Solid media/digital knowledge with strong responsibility on daily executions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & mandarin
- Team player with can do attitude, proactive thinking and solution-centric
