Assisting his/her CDP's in daily production
Ensuring all task given by his/her CDP's are being followed
Ensuring all meat products are inline with proper weight and cut ratio as per recipe standard
Receiving and maintaining all protein inventories
Must be flexible as crew can be scheduled in other stations for support such as buffet, hot galley area and including private island duties.
