Director of Business Development

We are looking for Director of Business Development

As a Director of Business Development, we rely on you to

Implements all sales action plans related to assigned market as outlined in the marketing plan. Attends major travel functions (ie trade shows and promotional events) and advise DOC of latest updates. Responsible for driving for business development of overallmarket segment. Responsible to host FAM trips and hotel inspection.

We are looking for someone who:

Degree or diploma in hotel management

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Sales Manager in room sales and handling wholesale agents and corporate accounts and MICE segment

Possess leadership qualities and strong negotiation skills

Effective bi-lingual both oral and writtenin the English & Malay

Strong leader with good financial acumen and excellent knowledge of the local market
