An F&B Trainee with Son Julia Country House Hotel is responsible for serving in our restaurant and pool bar, and an ability to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
What will it be like to work for us?
What will I be doing? As a F&B Trainee, you are responsible for serving at breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, pool bar and for groups or events.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Provide professional service for our guests
* Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
* Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages
* Ensure accurate billing
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Son Julia Country House Hotel is a small rural boutique hotel with 32 rooms established in a manor house of the 15th century. It is situated in the South East of Mallorca, about 20 minutes from its capital Palma, 15 minutes from the airport and the most beautiful virgin beach of the Island called "Es Trenc".
