F&B Guest Experience Manager

The Peninsula London is seeking a talented Food and Beverage Guest Experience Manager. This role will work with the EAM F&B to drive food and beverage sales through impactful and meaningful relationships with guests, while upholding the reputation of the hotel. An essential part of this role will be to create exceptional relationships in local markets to promote future business for the food and beverage department.

Key Accountabilities

  • Promote the Food and Beverage Outlets through exceptional relationships, service and delivery while achieving spend per cover in each outlet.
  • Exceed guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles.
  • Must have knowledge of the key people with the dining scene in the UK, including, but not limited to: Restaurant Critics, Influencers, Ambassadors, CEO's, UHNW, Residents of Peninsula Residences, Suite Guests, Royalty, Pen Key and Regular Guests of Food and Beverage.
  • Possess full and complete knowledge of the F&B departments, whilst also having exact and complete understanding of the Hotel.
  • Make balanced and informed business decisions which are supported by relevant analysis and reports.
  • Support the division's social media strategy through content management and online reputation in conjunction with the EAM and MARCOM team.
  • Ensure fluid and meaningful communication between the Front Office Team, Reservations and Sales Division, in developing bespoke F&B experiences for guests, including celebrations and surprises amenities, mini bar and Pen Key.

General Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly adaptable, creative, and naturally positive.
  • Exceptional relationship building with the ability to positively impact on guest experience .
  • Fluent English communication proficiency.

The Peninsula Boutique & Café, providing light meals, an array of sweets and pastries, and signature Peninsula chocolate creations in a street facing location.

In-room Dining, available to guests 24 hours, 7 days a week, offering a selection of dishes from The Lobby, the Chinese and the Rooftop restaurants.
