Boutique Hotel Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team at our toctoctocLisboa boutique hotel. The internship program will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about the various aspects of hotel operations.

Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering guest inquiries
Assisting with reservations and coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance
Assisting with room cleaning if necessary
Preparing breakfast and the bar
Participating in the planning and execution of hotel events and activities
Conducting market research and assisting with marketing efforts
Shadowing and assisting other departments, such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related program at an accredited college or university
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
