You are responsible for providing your on suits and cleaning them.
The base annual salary will be $50,000.00 based on 26 pay periods and subject to applicable withholdings for FICA, Federal and State taxes (where applicable). All trainees are expected to train 40 hours per week; however the hours may increase to 50 - 60 hours based on demands. The trainee will not be eligible for overtime pay since they are in a management position. You will be eligible for holiday pay upon commencement of employment. You will be eligible for up to fifteen (15) vacation days upon completion of your 90 day probationary period of full-time employment, six (6) personal days & one (1) floating holiday. You will be eligible for health care benefits on the first of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. Information on these plans including eligibility and accruals, as well as other benefit programs such as: short-term disability, long-term disability and associate life insurance will be provided to you once you begin your employment with us. The hotel will offer you up to 14 days of complimentary accommodations at the hotel. Promotion is dependent upon participant performance. During the program, participant will have formal reviews with his/her supervisor. At the discretion of the department manager and Human Resources, participant may be offered the opportunity to apply for a higher-level position. Annual increase based on wage survey and performance.
