El día a día de un reclutador en W Barcelona incluye, entre otras funciones:
El equipo de RRHH está formado por ocho personas, dos de ellas en reclutamiento.
Nuestros reclutadores son especialistas pero su plan de formación está enfocado en darles la experiencia y formación necesaria para ser generalistas de Recursos Humanos y futuros managers.
Buscamos reclutadores con personalidad W, emprendedores, energéticos, divertidos, curiosos, innovadores y atrevidos.
Perfecto uso de español y buen nivel de inglés son necesarios (tanto escrito como hablado).
Damos preferencia a candidatos con estudios universitarios acompañados con experiencia en RRHH y hoteles.

El día a día de un reclutador en W Barcelona incluye, entre otras funciones:
- Desarrollar nuestras actuales fuentes de candidatos y explorar nuevas oportunidades
- Escribir anuncios de trabajo claros y convincentes y compartirlos en nuestras plataformas de reclutamiento y redes sociales
- Valorar y administrar solicitudes de trabajo
- Ayudar a candidatos a navegar el proceso de selección
- Organizar y llevar a cabo entrevistas y sesiones de feedback
- Ser un experto en nuestros procesos de reclutamiento y asesorar al equipo para garantizar un proceso eficiente para el hotel y memorable para el candidato
