As a department head, the Director of Welcome:
directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, from pre arrival to departure procedures.
Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
Develops and maintains the acknowledgment of all guests visiting the location along with the Guest experience Manager, the Assistant Rooms manager and the Director of Style.
Ensures all departments are aware of all guests’ needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
