This position oversees franchise sales & development activity for the Ramada, Trademark, TRYP, Wyndham Garden, Wyndham Hotels and Wyndham Grand brands. This position must prospect and execute new franchise and management agreements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers.What you'll do
You'll be successful if you have
- Prospecting for new franchise and management agreements.
- Execute (Document Management & Closing) Agreements.
- Manage Relationships.
- Day to Day business activities (Plan and Arrange travel, etc.).
- Training/Shadowing to new hire sales personnel.
- Assisting other members of development team on special projects.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, providers and other hospitality related trends within the US.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent judgment in evaluating opportunities for the company.
- New Construction Development Knowledge.
- Commercial Real Estate Understanding.
- Commercial lending/banking acumen.
- Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
- Effective Presentations skills.
- A desire to travel.
- A college degree is preferred.
- A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required.
- A valid Driver’s License.
