Join the Pullman & Mercure King George Square culinary team as a Pastry Chef. Reporting to the Executive Chef you will you be responsible for overseeing the pastry kitchen and delivering high quality pastry product. This role will see you taking a high level of leadership in a critical role for our talented pastry kitchen team.
This role requires a passionate leader who loves what they do and sharing their knowledge and skill with others. We are looking for a Commis Pastry Chef who has a passion for guest satisfaction and creating memorable guest experiences.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE
- We are searching for a creative and flexible person, who is passionate about presentation, quality of product and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Experience and wide knowledge of pastry, cakes, baked goods and chocolate.
- A passion for food and finding innovative ways to surprise and delight our guests
- Excellent time management skills and an eye for detail.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
