To have full knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu contents and all other special promotions taking place in the hotel. Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. To be able to explain them in detail to guests. 充分掌握餐饮相关的菜单和其他酒店促销的特殊菜品和饮品;了解菜单所有栏目、装饰菜、食物和烹制方法。能够为客人提供相应的详细说明。

 

Look for ways to upsell and cross sell.

Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
