La Direction des Ventes Pullman Paris & MGallery Versailles gère la commercialisation, le marketing B2B, la Distribution et le Revenue Management de 6 hôtels en Île de France :
- Pullman Paris Montparnasse
- Pullman Paris La Défense 5*
- Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel
- Pullman Paris Centre Bercy
- Pullman Paris Roissy CDG Airport
- MGallery Le Louis Versailles Château
Description du poste
L’équipe de Coordination Loisirs est en charge de la logistique des réservations des Groupes Loisirs pour les 6 hôtels Pullman Paris.
Le stagiaire coordinateur a pour missions, le suivi des dossiers et assurer la bonne transmission des informations aux hôtels concernés. Il est garant du bon déroulement de chaque séjour de chaque groupe. Il est l'intermédiaire entre les agences Loisirs et les hôtels.
Le stagiaire coordinateur accompagne le chargé de clientèle dans la relation client.
Il assure les relances et gère les dossiers confirmés (modification allotements, saisie des rooming list, prestations restauration, acomptes, prépaiements, avenants aux contrats…)
Il monte l’ensemble du dossier et assure l’interface avec les hôtels concernés

Le stagiaire coordinateur dépend du Coach Loisir et du Responsable du Group Desk
Il est en liaisons fonctionnelles avec les Chargés de Clientèles Loisirs, RM Loisirs et les équipes des 6 hôtels Pullman Paris et le MGallery le Louis
Qualifications
Niveau d’étude : BAC +3 ou BAC +4/5
Bon relationnel, écoute et conseils
Anglais lu, parlé, écrit
Dynamisme et réactivité
Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
Autonomie et capacité d’initiative
Maîtrise d’Opera serait un plus
