À propos du poste

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two Hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 4 million Hosts who have welcomed more than 1 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, Hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join:

Airbnb has been a dynamic, entrepreneurial workplace throughout our 15+ year history. We expect this will continue as we build a 21st century company in service to our mission, to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere.  Within the Employee Experience (EX) organization, the Diversity and Belonging (D&B) team plays a vital role in furthering Airbnb’s mission and ensuring the vitality of the communities we serve externally are reflected, nurtured and developed internally.   Airbnb has made great progress over the years and has been a recognized leader in the D&B space. But this work will never be done.

The Difference You Will Make:

As a Senior Diversity and Belonging (D&B) Partner, reporting into our global Head of Diversity & Belonging, you will focus on advancing Airbnb’s efforts in deep partnership with our Executive team, COEs, other organizational leaders and partners, external consultants and the broader D&B Team.  You will draw on your deep expertise and capabilities, including leadership coaching, skilled facilitation, data-driven program design, change management, and impact measurement, as well as the latest research insights to partner with leaders across our Hosting, Airbnb.org and 21C organizations in refining and executing on annualized D&B Plans.  This is not a consultant role - you will build deep inroads with other leaders in order to be able to design and implement strategies with an eye toward scalability and meaningful advancement of our mission.  As a senior member of the D&B Team, you will also manage, coach and edify other D&B Business Partners and help build strategic and developmental cohesion across the broader D&B Team.

  • You will be a leader who consults internally and externally on broader issues that impact communities of color and other underrepresented communities to support effective and innovative solutions that achieve meaningful results at scale.
  • Leverage best practices as well as creative, novel solutions to pilot, develop and execute effective and engaging D&B programs, solutions and messages tailored to organizations you support in close collaboration with organizational leaders, other EX teams (including talent directors, people analytics, learning, recruiting, total rewards, ground control, internal communications, etc), and other internal partners, such as employment legal and Airfinity groups (our employee resource groups).
  • Collaborate across functional teams to build inclusion capabilities in every leader, manager and team member across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain confidentiality.
