Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all food and beverage are prepared to maintain the quality standards consistently at all times as mandated by Bagatelle Group & Corporate Operations.
- Making guests feel comfortable and enhancing guest experience.
- Being knowledgeable of the menu, suggesting specials and informing about menu changes.
- Taking food and beverage orders from guests and enter into point-of-sale.
- Delivering food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
- Performing side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Maintaining clean service areas.
- Monitoring and observing guests dining experience. Ensuring guests are satisfied with the food and service. Responding promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Preparing final bill, presenting check to guest, accepting payment, processing credit card charges or making changes (if applicable).
- Being ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise and bussers with clearing and resetting tables.
- Thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return.
- Being available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor.
- Being able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- Being able to lift & carry trays.
- Assisting other FOH staff to perform setting up restaurant, cleaning restaurant, bussing tables, running food, taking food orders, making cocktails, serving guests, assisting host staff and opening and serving wine, when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Performing all duties while following all health department sanitation requirements.
- Representing Bagatelle at offsite events as a brand ambassador.

À propos de vous

About you:
- Good level of English and Greek.
- Working well under pressure.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Team work skills.
  • Langues requises: Grec et Anglais.
