As a F&B Trainee you should be flexible to support the F&B team across most of the operations of the department. During your internship you might be asked to work at the Restaurant, at the bar, or at the Banquet.
As a consequence, during your internship you may be :
- Helping and supporting the Chef De Rang and Restaurant Manager to an all-round high-standard service of food and beverage
- Participating to the different daily services of the restaurant: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
- Helping with the room-service
- Setting up banqueting rooms and tables (including crockery, cutlery and glasses) for appropriate events
- Providing excellent and personalized service for all clients
As a consequence, during your internship you may be :
