We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef Japanese Cuisine to join our team in Vienna (relocation plan available).
- You will have the confidence to create Japanese/Sushi dishes using your experience, knowledge and research and be able to present your dishes to customers and stakeholders
- Able to follow customers specific project requirements, flexibility in amending product based on customer feedback working within the financial and concept guideline / direction
- You will be required to share your knowledge and experience as you will be working as part of a team as well as training the team on the finished products
- Examine the freshness of ingredients and participate in food tastings
- Ensure products always meet the meal specifications and the utmost quality standards
- Train, motivate and manage kitchen personnel and supervise culinary activities as assigned
