Wir suchen eine/n leidenschaftliche/n Recruiter/in mit Erfahrung im Gastronomiebereich zur Erweiterung unseres Teams!

Sie bieten unseren Operationsteam umfassende Unterstützung bei der Personalsuche für alle Management- und Nicht-Management-Ebenen. Sie sind für die gesamte Personaleinstellung in diesen wichtigen Geschäftsbereichen verantwortlich und halten die Hiring Managers in allen Phasen des Einstellungsprozesses auf dem Laufenden.

Sie sind ein Teil des lokalen HR-Teams in Wien und suchen die besten Talente für die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche von DO & CO (z.B. DO & CO Restaurant, Onyx Bar, Demel...)
Sie suchen unterschiedliche Profile in der Gastronomie (Abwasch, Küche, Service, Hotel...)
Als aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sind Sie für den gesamten Einstellungsprozess samt Profilsuche, Screening, Vorstellungsgespräche, Feedback bis hin zur Einstellung verantwortlich.
Als proaktive/r Netzwerker/in bauen Sie einen gezielten Pool an Talenten im Unternehmen auf, um langfristig die Nachfolgeplanung bei DO & CO sicherzustellen
Als DO & CO-Markenbotschafter/in tragen Sie dazu bei, unseren Spirit intern und extern zu verbreiten
