• Support colleagues and managers during the service.
• Assist the Demi Chef de Rang and Chef de Rang.
• serve food and drinks to customers and interact with them if needed.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Arrange table settings and maintain related standard of service.
• Coordinate with all serving staff.

• Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
• Minimum experience in the position.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
