- Stays informed about current hotel occupancy rates, average room rates, and performance against budget targets.
- Familiarises oneself with the Concierge Desk, Business Centre, Guest Relations, and Loyalty Club policies and procedures to provide support when required.
- Embraces a Sales-Oriented Mindset by anticipating Guest needs and offering suitable room options.
- Complies with all relevant national and company Legal Requirements and Procedures.
- Immediately files correspondence, forms, and related items to maintain an organised and exquisite workspace.
- Maintains Effective Communication and records previous and upcoming shifts in the Front Office Logbook to ensure a smooth transition.
- Actively Contributes to increasing hotel revenue by engaging in upselling techniques, accommodating walk-in Guests, and promoting additional services to enhance FIVE’s Award-Winning Success.
- Adheres to the Hotel's Credit Policy and ensures its enforcement.
- Updates OPERA System promptly with any changes or updates to capture the lastest guest information as required.
- Coordinates with the Reservations Team to ensure that Front Office is fully informed about arrivals for the day, facilitating a seamless Guest Experience.
- Exceutes all tasks on the Daily Check List diligently and efficiently.
- Exceutes any additional tasks assigned by the Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Front Office Manager, embracing the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ and delivering Boundary-Breaking service.
