We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Rang for our Al Fresco Trattoria and Pool Tree Bar Lounge.

About Al Fresco Trattoria & Pool Tree Bar:
On the tree-shaded pool deck, warm breezes and cocktails from our open-air bar encourage all-day lounging at the Trattoria Al fresco with our signature slow-rising pizza, fresh juice from our centrifugal juicer and house-made ice cream.
The Role of Chef de rang:
The Chef de Rang is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This position provides an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The Chef de Rang anticipates and services guests needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.
Responsibilities:
Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Prepare and present bills accurately and perform all duties related to restaurant closing shifts.
Greet and seat guests in a professional manner and take reservations conforming to Four Seasons standards.
Assist in setting and clearing tables neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.
Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.
Our Ideal Chef de rang will have:
A minimum of two years food service experience in a luxury environment.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
Flexibility, initiative and team work approach are required.
A high level of wine and food knowledge.
Proficiency in using the Micros Operating System.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
Legal right to work in Italy.
