Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a Spa Attendant to join our AVA Spa team.
About the Job
Spa Attendant keeps Spa and Fitness areas clean and tidy, welcomes the guest, assists the guest about the area and the equipment, serves and refreshes the water and the towels.
About You
You will be ideally a professional who is warm, hospitable, organized, driven with a great communication style appealing to our guests and employees. You will be a central part of the AVA Spa team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth and pampering spa experience.
Job Duties in detail:
Is very warm and welcoming when assisting guests; smiles and maintains eye contact.
Always keeps the work area neat, clean and quiet.
Knowledgeable about amenities, equipment, products, treatments, packages, special current promotions of spa and fitness.
Provides the proper and safe operation and care of all equipment including saunas.
Ensures wet areas meet health and safety requirements and reports unacceptable results to spa manager and Engineering department.
Handles lost and found items and removes them to the Security as soon as possible.
Issues, stocks and orders items or amenities needed in the spa and fitness areas to provide guests with level of service in keeping with a Four Seasons, plans ahead to ensure delivery of supplies when needed.
Works closely with Housekeeping to keep the area meticulously clean, tidy and fresh.
Works closely with the Engineering department to administer preventive maintenance procedures and to limit equipment down time by ensuring proper use and care. Reports equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.
Monitors and maintains linen par stocks at every spa linen station
Identifies and reports hazards.
Ensures the Spa is closed, and all procedures followed at the end of the day.
Qualifications in detail:
Previous experience from a hospitality or similar luxury environment is a plus.
Attention to detail, ability to multi task and prioritize.
Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
Knowledge of the Czech language and English at communication level is essential.
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must have EU work authorization.
What to Expect
This position is offered for a define period of time of 12 months with a possible unlimited extend based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months. Feedback is a key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.
