    Job Responsibilities

    Departmental

    Digital Marketing

    • Work closely with PR & Comms Director, content creators and digital agencies to develop strategic and tactical digital campaigns to increase awareness, consideration and conversion

    • Effectively brief campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables and track results

    • Manage the digital marketing budget in conjunction with PR and Comms Director

    • Instigate e-marketing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase the number of qualified visitors to the hotel website thus increasing revenues and conversion

    • Monitor and report brand name hijacking that dilutes direct web revenues

    • Identify opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance

    • Establish and implement the hotel’s annual advertising plan for all digital channels

    • Assist on matters related to creative and media planning for PPC and display campaigns.

    • Ensure brand and marketing messages on electronic channels are consistent with overall marketing activities

    (i.e. special promotions/offers etc.)

    • Review and monitor resort’s primary competition set on a regular basis online and ensure/maintain competitiveness and “web appeal”

    • Be held accountable for the health and performance of marketing campaigns

    • Review insights and performance and suggest opportunities for optimisation to increase effectiveness

    • Support with marketing activities across new and existing digital platforms

    • Organise strategy and consolidate learnings into cohesive decks, presentations and calendars

    • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve our brands short and long-term business goals

    • Optimise Google My Business to manage and optimise the resort’s profile on Google, to reach prospective guests via search and maps

    • Work with the PR & Comms Director to identify and optimise 3rd party advertising opportunities with media and B2B2C partners on a paid | barter basis

    Website Management

    • Ensure FS.com content is always up to date and of the highest quality and relevance in all languages available, according to the corporate standards, and as per the guidelines

    • Take a proactive approach to the deployment of website enhancements and functionality upgrades as initiated by corporate

    • Support and liaise with various departments to ensure optimal content delivery (F&B, Spa, Rooms)

    • Create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages, in coordination with the hotel’s PR & Comms Director

    Website Analytics

    • Analyse the website user behaviour, site performance, source of referrals, booking reports; and act accordingly

    • Provide monthly reporting & insights on website KPIs in conjunction with our agency for the management team 

    Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) 

    •Review the ranking of the hotel website on search engines with the SEO agency and ensure the hotel website is updated with relevant search terms and adequate keyword frequency to ensure that the hotel website gets the best possible natural page rank in the languages available.

    •Ensure timely update and optimise meta descriptions and tags

    •Analyse budget investment vs ROI for SEO activities

    CRM & Email Marketing 

    • Brief, analyse and report on effectiveness of Inspire Global Email Program/ Resort Direct Mail for future optimisation

    • Assist PR & Comms Director in optimising up sell messaging during guest reservation cycle

    Social Media 

    • Suggest new and innovative ways to optimise the resort’s representation via social media channels, whilst respecting corporate policies and guidelines

    • Compile biweekly and monthly Social Media Reports to gather insights and demonstrate ROI

    Optimisation of 3rd party websites

    • Ensure Four Season’s content loaded on 3rd party digital platforms is up-to-date and according to corporate guidelines

    Guest and Resident Facing Comms

    • Work to improve quality, accessibility and usefulness of guest and resident facing comms, utilising app, chat and web features. Champion digital comms solutions in place of print

    • Work to deliver a seamless guest experience and drive F&B and activity bookings

    Training/Education 

    • Participate in mandatory corporate web/digital marketing optimisation related trainings and act as a champion for digital innovation within the team

    Special Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position.
    • English- excellent communication skills. French language skills desirable.
