Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager.

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Assistant Guest Services Manager directs and controls the activities of all Guest services positions, Guest Services Coordinators, Door Attendants, Valet Attendant, Bell Attendant, Ambassador Drivers and Pueo Attendants. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Also manages the transportation and maintenance of the Resort fleet of vehicles.

We are looking for passionate and committed individuals that have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities. Proficiency in Hotel property management systems, in particular Opera and Micros is preferred. Strong supervisory and managerial skills are essential. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of Guest Services/Front Desk supervisory and/or management experience. A hospitality degree is preferred, however, not essential with relevant work experience.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
