The new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale seeks a People and Culture Manager to join our talented team!  This is an Assistant Manager level position. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company! 

We are looking for a People and Culture Manager who has dynamic leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. The ideal candidate is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and is highly motivated, has a solid work ethic, organized, creative, and a passion for their craft. 

The new Fort Lauderdale property is part of a shared services collection that has common ownership and encompasses the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel & Residences at The Surf Club. While this position is not a shared services role, the ability to embrace and collaborate, while aligning efficiencies with all three hotels is essential. 

The People and Culture Manager will partner with the People and Culture team on key functions such as employee relations and communications, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and overall functions of the Human Resources field. 

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

  • Ability to attract and recruit new, dynamic talent to Four Seasons who compliment the vision of the hotel 

  • The ability to react and adjust to a fast-paced business environment while implementing efficient workflow processes 

  • Strong organizational and project management ability 

  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills  

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office  

  • Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred 

  • Mastery of the English language in all forms; Spanish is a plus 

  • Knowledge of labor laws: Local, State and Federal 



     EXPERIENCE DESIRED 

  • University degree or equivalent experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years employed in a related position 

  • Experience in hotel operations; preferably luxury hospitality or other service 

  • Experience managing in diverse cultures
