Four Seasons Hotel Prague, a market leader in the hospitality industry is looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

You will be ideally a talented professional who is warm, hospitable, organized, driven with a great communication style appealing to our guests and employees. You will provide administrative and customer support to the Sales Managers and Conference Services as needed.

Your job:
  • Assist with all office sales efforts, to include responding to general inquiries and client requests.

  • Assist clients in the absence of the Sales Managers and managing sales related projects such as client gifts, client appreciation events etc.

  • In need periods, supports Conference Service Executive, become the main point of contact for event organizers and organizers of confirmed group bookings.

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and pre-qualify leads in a time-efficient and professional manner.

  • Process all turnovers, prepare new client files and properly close completed client files.

  • Maintain Golden Sales and Catering System.

  • Create and maintain computer and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills in detail:

  • College degree.

  • Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office. Excel, Delphi.fdc or Golden, Opera PMS knowledge is considered a plus.

  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels is considered a plus.

  • Organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

  • Proficient bilingual oral and writing skills (Czech / English).

  • Must have EU work Authorization.

  • Any previous hospitality experience would be beneficial.
