Main responsibilities:
• Serve meals, drinks and snacks orders.
• Anticipate and address all guests’ requirements.
• Provide special attention to VIP or long stay customers.
• Make sure that all consumptions are correctly billed and paid.
• Ensure an ability to answer questions on menu selections, product availability,
allergies…
• Record transactions on HOST POS at time of order.
• Maintain cleanliness of work place, glass, etc., at any time.
• Complete opening and closing duties at the different F&B outlets.
• Fill & arrange the different storage areas and fridges.
• Help perform the monthly food & drinks inventory.
• Ensure that F&B areas are clean, tidy and in optimal working order.
• Support room service department.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Collaborate with other departments.

El grupo continuado su crecimiento a través de nuevas líneas de negocio, y por ello en 2015 inaugura La Esquina Barcelona, un restaurante kitchen&coffee dirigido a los más jóvenes foodies de la ciudad, así como un multiespacio con 3 salas de reuniones y eventos con tecnología de última generación llamado Bergara 10, ideal para celebrar eventos o reuniones de empresas y que se suma a los ya amplios servicios que ofrece el Hotel Regina y Pulitzer en la misma calle.
