An Administrative Assistant is responsible for responding providing administrative and clerical support to support the Maintenance/Property Operations department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Maintenance/Property Operations department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Perform word-processing tasks such as work-order input, data entry (preventative maintenance logs), filing.
  • Schedule/manage the ongoing preventative maintenance program 
  • Documentation/Completion of Purchase Orders
  • Assist with team member payroll and tracking of team member hours
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
