What will I be doing?
The Associate Property Technology Services Analyst Leasing Administration is responsible for the processing, reconciliation, and audit of invoices related to the brand funded hotel IT hardware refresh programs. More specific responsibilities include:

More specifically, you will:

  • The review, audit, and processing of all invoices related to the brand funded Information Technology programs and hotel hardware maintenance, including but not limited to the monthly lease billing, as well as all other invoices related to these areas
  • Maintaining and updating the reports used to track these various costs
  • Producing the equipment listing and coordinating the return of lease equipment from terminating hotels
  • Maintaining, updating, and distributing information on a regular basis, including but not limited to various corporate run hotel infrastructure projects, so that the various projects do not conflict with one another
  • Coordinating scheduling accounting for end-of-life of all Hilton run systems and migration to PEP


What are we looking for?
We believe that success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Background in Finance or equivalent experience and/or certifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Office 365 tools such as Word & Excel (e.g. creating pivot tables, writing VLOOKUP commands, experience with macros)
  • Ability to maintain project task schedules and follow through to completion
  • Ability to communicate professionally with hotels, ownerships, and internal constituents at varying levels of the organization and with differing skillsets
  • Ability to evaluate data and prioritize tasks as needed
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations
  • Understanding of global cultures and flexibility to work across global time-zones
  • May require minimal travel from time to time, including international travel


To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years of professional experience in finance or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Customer service focused on both internal and external partners


It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 3+ years of finance or technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 7+ years of financial or technology-related experience
  • Three (3) + years of professional experience in finance or a related field
  • Two (2) + years of professional experience in Hospitality operations or a related field
  • Experience in PeopleSoft or a similar CRM or HCM
