Hilton’s Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton’s ability to drive profitable growth.

What will I be doing?
As the Manager, On Property Sales Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring Delphi.fdc is optimized across the global estate by working in partnership with the core solution team, Governance & Support team, and Sales Operations teams. This role will support the implementation of new Delphi.fdc and MeetingBroker Release versions, assist with implementation of strategic priorities and operating procedures, collaboration with technical/vendor teams for integration projects, and standardization and documentation creation. This role will also chip in to the development of custom Delphi.fdc training content and output.

More specifically:

  • Be a subject matter authority and principal property sales liaison for Delphi.fdc & MeetingBroker to internal team members and customers
  • Deliver polished and impactful communications for our on-property Sales & Events teams (and other corporate teams using Delphi.fdc).
  • Responsible for producing and delivering training materials including job aids, quick sheets, videos, and system walk-throughs.
  • Lead and/or participate in integration projects and development with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Collaborate on Delphi.fdc Releases & enhancement gathering including prioritization of enhancements within the business and documentation creation.
  • Align and document business processes and lead a consultative review of program adoption.
  • Attend key remote or on-site training sessions and solution meetings

What are we looking for?
We are looking for strategic problem solvers, who are passionate about hospitality and who love to have the opportunity to create sales process improvements. The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Deep understanding of on-property hotel sales processes, Hilton standard operating procedures, Commercial support functions, and the Delphi.fdc platform
  • Strong data analytic abilities, advanced communication, and program adoption experience, and a confirmed ability to influence, motivate, and engage diverse partners and teams
  • Analytical skills to find creative solutions in developing, prioritizing, and implementing strategic solutions
  • Shown interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, to explain complex system functionality in a clear and concise manner
  • Self-motivation skills prompting you to take initiative in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing tasks with a personal dedication to succeed
  • Experience driving sales efficiency and business process improvements through consultative evaluation of functional and non-functional system requirements, adaptation of existing standard methodologies and delivery methodologies, and by creating and customizing learning materials

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years of experience with advanced Sales and Catering applications
  • Travel up to 30% of the time

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Seven (4 years of experience with advanced Sales and Catering applications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
