Restaurant Sales Manager - Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

The historic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Restaurant Sales Manager to join the Food and Beverage Team!
Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 million renovation . This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).
In this role, you will be responsible for booking private dining functions, restaurant buyouts, and client events at our four (4) food and beverage outlets.
The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of sales experience with a background in restaurants and / or hotels.

What will I be doing?
- Generating new business and services for our hotel
- Maintaining existing clientele while effectively utilizing restaurant meeting space and maximizing profitability
- Develop new markets and solicit business through outside sales calls
- Determine rates, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, creates special events and services in coordination with outlet management.
