Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support: 

  • To maintain a neat and organized office and conduct monthly inventories of departmental supplies, including collateral
  • To provide professional telephone and email support to the Sales department
  • Type all documents requested by the Director of Sales and the Sales Managers including letters, memos, forms, manuals, and monthly reports with a strong attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate organized Sales files and archived reports including but not limited to group files, digital signage, invoices, and training
  • Maintain purchase orders as generated by the office and assist with processing invoices and filing
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information such as payments, commissions, leads, and third parties
  • Assist as main contact for groups, receiving and making calls, entering rooming lists. Sending out resumes to communicate groups information and working with our operations team to reserve rooms, amenities and ensure needs are met to the client’s satisfaction
  • Operate office equipment (i.e., 10-Key, copy and postage machines, Microsoft Windows 10, etc.)
  • Attend weekly Sales meetings and record accurate meeting minutes for follow up
  • Compile weekly and monthly Sales report
  • Communicate with all guests, employees, or business associates in a professional manner, assisting to resolve problems when possible
