La figura, riportando all' Hotel Manager , si occuperà di:
- Promuovere la struttura sul mercato per eventi MICE e WEDDINGS
- Gestione richieste e offerte, pianificazione e supervisione eventi
- Predisposizione Ordini di Servizio, coordinamento e deleghe ai Capi Servizio per esecuzione evento
- Verifica corretta chiusura eventi e relativi saldi
- Coordina personale a sua disposizione
- In Collaborazione con F&B Manager predispone le migliori proposte per il banqueting, programmandone le linee guida entro l’autunno per la stagione successiva previa conferma e autorizzazione da parte della Direzione
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the figure will be responsible for:
- Promote the Hotel on the market for MICE and WEDDINGS events
- Management of requests and offers, planning and supervision of events
- Preparation of Service Orders, coordination and delegations to the Heads of Service for event execution
- Verify correct closure of events and related balances
- Staff coordinator at your disposal
- In collaboration with the F&B Manager, it prepares the best proposals for banqueting, planning the guidelines by the autumn for the following season subject to confirmation and authorization by the Management
