What you will do as a Casual Luggage Porter
The Casual Luggage Porter is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with arrival to and departure from the hotel. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
- Welcome the guest to the hotel in a professional manner.
- Offer car valet service where required.
- Ensure the forecourt is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards.
- Provide a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage.
- Assist guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints were applicable.
- Ensure the hotel lobby is clean and well maintained at all times.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through up selling.
- Provide all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
