The individual will report to the Director of Sales and Associate Director of
Sales.
Answers telephones in a prompt, courteous, and pleasant manner.
Assists clients and directs calls making a concerted effort to ensure that the client reaches the appropriate Sales Manager and takes messages if necessary.
Assists Sales Manager with the leads and inputs information into Opera & CRM Anaïs (Sales Force)
Prepares correspondence such as contracts, proposals, and miscellaneous types of letters when requested by the Sales Managers.
Updates accounts, bookings, changes, and cancellations into Opera and ensures all information is correct and complete.
Creates and maintain regular sales reports.
Assist Sales department in the preparation of their sales trips such us, visas, sales trip authorizations, sanitary insurances, agenda etc…
Develops knowledge of local, regional, and national sales opportunities
Takes care of the stationary store inventories for the sales department
Follows-up the giveaways' inventory for the Sales department
Prepares the SOP’s for the sales Department: all process’ documents
Asssist Director of Sales in preparing different presentations, such us Sales Meeting.
Assists Sales managers in organizing Site inpections, Fam Trips, sales events on property: booking restaurants, preparing show rooms and documents informing the hotel about the arrival of the VIPS etc…
Will be able to do site inspections as soon as he will be prepared and
once allowed by the managers of the sales department.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not essential
Good at multitasking and working to deadlines
The ideal candidate will be a positive and engaged member of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris
Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, written)
Fluent English written and spoken, a second language or more are a must
Knowledge of property-specific business segments
