YOUR IMPACT ___________

Parfums Christian Dior Nordics is looking for a full-time COUNTER MANAGER based in Copenhagen, Denmark for a period of 12 months.

As Counter Manager, you will be responsible of the store and management of the team. The Counter Manager drives the performance through leading the team to deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve all targets in relation to sales, profitability, and operational compliance. This position will report to the Retail Counters Manager .

YOUR MISSION ____________

Business Development and Sales Management

  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
  • Continuously motivate and coach Beauty Consultants and Specialists to meet assigned sales targets, set and follow up team and individual objectives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Suggest and implement actions plans for the Counter (product mix, store merchandising, events and animations, product assortment, buying trends and customer requests) in order to ensure achievement of the Sales Targets
  • Deploy business plan to include marketing and promotional strategies that will continue to drive traffic to the store and develop and grow the customer Data base


Client Experience and Event Management

  • Increase client flow by working closely with Retail Management to develop a network of clients and develop customer loyalty through Clienteling actions
  • Own and contribute to events and sampling programs, effectively managing internal and external communication and ensuring that events are exactly executed and exceed expectations
  • Consistently be an ambassador of Dior, support and embrace the Dior values and competencies at all times, striving to exceed expectations and ensure the team is in line with brand values and positioning in terms of behavior and Dior image guidelines


People Management

  • Ensure an effective communication with the team through daily briefs including Nordics initiatives, strategy, and goals
  • Managing the team to achieve sales goals by conducting monthly productivity evaluations
  • Effectively build and develop key relationships with all departments
  • Create a positive and motivating working environment


Operations

  • Create and follow the process of staffing and planning scheduling in coordination with the Retail Manager.
  • Manage stock to minimize loss and maximize availability


Profil

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • Fluent in Danish and English. Other Scandinavian languages will be a plus
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Counter Management
  • Prestige beauty sales experience will be a plus
  • Strong sales skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Creative and innovative thinking with strong initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Proficient user of the MS Office package
  • Business Acumen: Knows how businesses work; knows the competition; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
  • Adaptable and diligent: high priority on accuracy and adherence to timeframes
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Customer Centric: Passionate about meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; maintains effective relationships and gains their trust
  • Drive for results
