POSITION: CRM INTERN (1 YEAR)

DEPARTMENT: CRM

LOCATION: CENTRAL LONDON

REPORTS TO: CRM MANAGER

DIRECT REPORTS: NONE



PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The CRM Intern will support the CRM Manager with the running of the Loyalty Program and delivering an excellent client experience, with the aim of improving client satisfaction, retention and engagement. There will also be ad hoc opportunities to gain experience in client communications.

The internship will suit someone who has hands-on experience of operational tasks using a combination of tech platforms and excel documents, good knowledge of what a luxury client experience entails, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, and a desire to get involved in operational and analytical projects. The intern will also require good communication and collaboration skills, as there will be interaction with other departments.  Most importantly, they’ll be passionate about gaining hands-on experience of CRM and delivering an exceptional client experience in an iconic luxury beauty brand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support CRM Manager with the Loyalty Program

  • Update brand engagement content
  • Manage CRM loyalty stock inventory, orders and deliveries to stores
  • Liaise with Paris CRM team regarding stock
  • Support Retail / Customer Services teams with customer requests relating to Loyalty Program


Communications

  • Coordinate production of printed assets, including agency briefing, amendment/sign-off process, copywriting, proof-reading
  • Ad hoc support for Loyalty Program communications, liaising with CRM exec to ensure commercial pressure is adhered to, and customer experience is optimised.


Reporting

  • Assist with KPI reporting on Loyalty Program
  • Competitor and market trend analysis (monthly / ad hoc)

PERSON SPECIFICATION



Key Competencies/Technical Skills

  • Highly competent in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign desirable but not mandatory
  • Adept at learning and using new technical tools
  • Analytical mindset
  • Client-centric, customer services / retail experience


Profile

  • Strong experience in operational tasks (logistics, client relations) and excel
  • Demonstrable knowledge of luxury industry, interest in CRM
  • Highly organised and solution-oriented, with exceptional eye for detail
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory
  • English mother tongue


Information additionnelle

We require a candidate who is available to work fulltime in Central London for 12 months. This position is not suitable for those looking for a short-term internship.
