YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Head of E-Commerce Operations will be responsible for all e-commerce related operations, overseeing the global offer publication as well as the operational excellence of the e-commerce business in all regions. This role is key in the in the growth of CELINE omnichannel expansion. Responsibilities require a strong knowledge of Catalogue Data in a fast-growing online business and of operational challenges faced with an omnichannel growth.

The Head of E-Commerce Operations will be responsible for all e-commerce related operations, overseeing the global offer publication as well as the operational excellence of the e-commerce business in all regions. Responsibilities require a strong knowledge of Catalogue Data in a fast-growing online business and of operational challenges faced with an omnichannel growth.
YOUR IMPACT
- Accountable for the Catalogue E-Commerce streams, from the excellent operational execution of daily tasks as well as all e-commerce data projects (assortment management, PIM / DAM…)
- Responsible for the Data enrichment process, covering + 50 websites worldwide
- Collaborate with all stakeholders: merchandising team, supply, image, photo production, including regional teams.. to ensure the consistency of 360 marketing plan within all channels
- Acts as a primary leader for all strategic projects, defines resources and priorities
- Ensure all website evolutions are perfectly delivered: pre-orders, sales, new markets roll-out…
- Accountable for the perfect operational execution of online business among all stakeholders: retail network, warehouses, Client Service Centers
- Contributing to core eCommerce activities like client delivery experience: shipping propositions, returns optimization, packaging options as well as global expansion
- Contributes to the appropriate measurement of the Ecommerce Operations Performance: KPI definition, dashboards set up…acting on the omnichannel consistency.
- Guarantees the complete adoption of E-Commerce processes through a perfect collaboration with the contributing teams & a consistent evolving tools on training, processes…
- Collaborate with E-Commerce team to define annual launch plan and strategies
- Work with different parties to ensure a smooth process of order fulfilment, packaging, and delivery
- Create and facilitate presentations to top management
- Manages a team of Catalogue Data Specialists and E-commerce Operations Managers
Profil
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education :
- University graduate and above
Experience :
- At least 7 years cumulative professional experience in a related field.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and familiar with E-Commerce data Management tools
- Omnichannel experience is a plus
- Salesforce knowledge a plus
- Data-driven, client-focused mindset
- Ability to think fast and come to rational conclusions quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization
- Management experience, desire to motivate teams and coach them
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, ever-changing and multi cultural environment
- Enthusiastic leader, results and detail oriented, good communicator and influencer with creative mindset
- Multi-tasking, pragmatic and strategic, able to manage priorities, projects, reporting, ability to troubleshoot
Languages :
- Outstanding mastery of written and spoken English, in addition to French
