International Sales Administration Intern

Reporting to the International Sales Administration Manager, the International Sales Administration Intern will apply and complement the theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences and acquire a practical experience through the participation, collaboration and support in the following functions and tasks:

• Administrative management and reception of orders
• Administrative assistance to the international commercial team.
• Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Follow up with and resolutions of incidences between the Commercial Team and the Customer Service department
• Updating client’s database
• Attending to customer enquiries about prices, new products, etc.
• Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
• Provide information to the regions about the status of their orders
• In constant communication with LVMH Beauty Iberia brands and clients.

Profil

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar.
• Possibility of an internship agreement with a study center.
• Previous experience.
• Very high level of English essential. 
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector.
• Methodical, organized person, with attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, participative person, with enthusiasm to learn and contribute new ideas. Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Ability to work in a team.
