PURPOSE The Manager, Learning & Organizational Development leads the implementation of, and engagement in, the company’s learning and OD programs and initiatives with the aim of building a learning culture and capabilities in service of MHUSA’s 2030 Strategy. This role provides collaborative and creative partnership to all members of the People Team and stakeholders across MHUSA, Moët Hennessy, and LVMH to ensure strategies and programming are aligned with business and talent objectives, and to drive skill development and peak organizational performance.

Profil
Program Management • Manage the MHUSA onboarding process; developing and maintaining tools, resources, and communication that ensure an equitable, meaningful experience for all new employees, in partnership with People Team Business Partners, hiring managers, and support functions. • Develop, maintain, and continually evolve the MHUSA learning management process, including program marketing, communication, enrollment, follow-up, and reporting to monitor and evaluate return on investment. • Lead MHUSA’s relationship with LVMH House Americas; ensuring talent development needs and opportunities are prioritized and creating internal awareness of and engagement in relevant Group offerings, in conjunction with People Team Business Partners. • Collaborate with the Director, Learning & OD and key stakeholders to manage the company’s bespoke Mentorship program, ensuring optimized mentor/mentee and cohort experiences that support MHUSA’s talent development objectives and build our leadership pipeline. • Partner with the Director, Learning & OD to manage relationships with existing consultants and continue to source and diversify MHUSA’s portfolio to ensure that collaborative work is appropriately designed and implemented to offer maximized value and results. • Develop and deploy tools and methods for measuring and monitoring the impact of training; utilize findings to inform future programming. • Oversee MHUSA’s self-service, just-in-time learning strategy, including relationship management with existing partners such as LinkedIn Learning and DISCUS Academy, new vendor sourcing, internal campaigns, licensing management, and return on investment. • Act as MHUSA’s primary liaison with Moët Hennessy’s Academy of Commerce to deploy LinkedIn Learning strategy for the commercial organization. Design and Facilitation • Evolve the company’s Orientation and Induction program to enhance content and engagement, automate processes, accelerate performance and productivity, and optimize program value. • Facilitate in-person and virtual learning and development programs, including the deployment of LVMH’s new performance management journey (RISE), DiSC® behavioral assessment, MHUSA Orientation and Induction, and other internal education opportunities, as needed. • Continually evaluate program offerings and curriculum in alignment with the company’s 2030 Strategy, as well as leadership and functional competency models, to provide business-critical knowledge and skill development in support of brand and sales growth. • Maintain knowledge of current learning and development practices, workforce trends, and insights to evolve programming, materials, and delivery as appropriate. Other • Lead the design, development, and evolution of the People Team Sharepoint, partnering across the department to ensure that the platform’s content is current and engaging, and facilitates an employee-friendly, self-service experience. • Manage the deployment of Moët Hennessy and LVMH Group employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to drive sustainable satisfaction, performance, and retention in partnership with the SVP People, Director of Learning & OD, and People Team Business Partners. • Collaborate with the Director, Learning & OD, Office of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE), and Corporate Communications to ideate, develop and introduce work/life and culture initiatives to drive inclusion, belonging, and well-being. • Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising, and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.

Education Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or related Learning & OD education preferred Professional Experience • 7+ years of learning and development experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or wines and spirits industries • Training/instructional design and facilitation experience required • Corporate communications experience is a plus • Experience with organization-wide change management and culture transformation Practical/Technical Knowledge • Understanding of learning and development foundational principles, including adult learning theory, blended learning, and instructional design • Digital communication/content development knowledge • Dynamic and engaging presentation and facilitation skills • Learning management system (LMS) administration knowledge • Strong commercial orientation and business acumen • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and influentially in a fast-paced environment • Curiosity for learning; growth mindset • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
