Program: Hospitality and Business Internship
Duration: 6 months
Intake: April and May 2023
FRONT OFFICE - RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet visitors warmly; demonstrate high levels of customer service
Perform check-in & check-out procedures
Providing front desk services to guests.
Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
Processing guest payments.
Respond to customer queries via phone or email
Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
Communication with all departments to fulfil guest requests
Handle complaints & diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests.
Other related duties in the Front Office department
