Job Description

Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are looking for a full-time Weddings & Social Events Coordinator. With nine modern venues catering to small intimate family ceremonies through to gala receptions with up to 1000 guests, this is an event coordinator's dream job. 

You will:

  • Build and maintain positive and engaging client relationships
  • Guide clients through sales enquiries and convert enquiries into events
  • Prepare professional and highly detailed event proposals
  • Host site walkthroughs and event preparation meetings
  • Prepare, manage and facilitate event activities as well as following up with clients post event
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure event specifications are implemented



Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous events or wedding coordinator experience
  • A great eye for the finest details
  • Exceptional drive and determination to deliver a memorable client experience
  • Strong organisational skills and a professional manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication and administration skills
