We are looking for Interns for Food&Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Kitchen who can quickly spread a culture that indicates exceptional service, one who is eager to show the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of care and passion for delighting guests.

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Head of the Department, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills
To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations
To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment
To assist the Senior Heartist in any task outlined/detailed by him/her
To take time and get to know the guests, and to be committed to service excellence
To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring guest satisfaction
Flexible member of the department and willing to assist other members of the team when required
Understand and adhere to the property’s policies and procedures
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Internship in an International hotel chain experience, an advantage
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to organize workflow
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to speak clearly and write in English
Ability to use the computer and related programs
Friendly and well-balanced personality, helpful and has a professional attitude
A commitment of study agreement within six months
