HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • You will represent Cartier in all virtual channel contacts with clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts at highest standard via Cartier LINE official account, phone, e-mail and other social application
  • Collaborate with boutique and service support team to fulfil general inquiries and ensure highest level of client satisfaction
  • Deliver product and service information; price inquiry, stock availability, repair status etc.
  • Accurately process data/information under privacy policy in appropriate resources and systems such as SAP, DARE etc.
  • Collect valuable feedback from clients and redirect to Client Relation Centre or relevant persons
  • Accurately record and produce report summary of client inquiries and actions taken in database
  • Perform distance sales and delivery
  • Generate report on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined and represent Cartier in a professional image
  • Manage administration, communicate and coordinate with internal departments


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You justify of at least 3 years in relevant experience 
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury /high-end goods domain, or experience in contact center/e-com related activities
  • Customer service oriented and sales oriented. Conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, exquisite, keen to learn, team player and good multi-tasking skills
  • Skill in speaking/writing expression and communication
  • Fluent in English and Thai
