Buccellati is a Milanese Company founded in 1919, leader in the luxury world in the high-end jewelry and watchmaking sector. It has been part of the Swiss Global Luxury Group Richemont since September 2019.

For our HQ in the city center of Milan, we are looking for a Strategic&Digital Marketing Trainee that will join the Buccellati Strategic&Digital Marketing Division.

The candidate will support the Marketing Team in all the activities, with a specific focus on website and e-commerce project.

In particular, the intern will provide daily support to the Team, in the following activities:

  • Website & Ecommerce
    • Monitor performance leveraging on dedicated analytics tools, providing business and operational insights to maximize revenues and optimize customer experience on the website, focusing on: Site Performance (e.g., bounce rate, check‐out funnel, conversion rate), Sales (e.g., revenues, AOV, sales mix, etc.), Traffic (e.g., visits, CTR %, Last Touch Channel Mix, etc.)
    • Conduct online competitor research related to e-commerce marketing initiatives, including site design, competitor activities, keyword, pricing and advertising
    • Support the Store Manager on the different tasks (i.e., contents, catalogue, UI/UX, etc.)
    • Help the team constantly to improve the eCommerce platforms and operations, supporting the handover process during the post-go-live period
  • Product and Showroom presentation
    • Assist in Product Marketing related activities (i.e., product launch support, competitive analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, etc.)
    • Provide support during the monthly Product Development Committee (involving Creative Department, Production, Commercial, etc.) in order to support the definition of the new products to be presented every season to DOS and third parties Wholesalers
    • Update the sales tool (i.e., iPad application)
  • Pricing
    • Participate in the pricing process for the new products and update SAP accordingly
    • Provide specific support in performing analyses about the worldwide price positioning and contribute to the periodical worldwide pricing reviews
  • Reporting
    • Provide support for all the preparation activities to set the quarter business review on product performances (by collection, category, client nationality, etc.), monthly analysis about stock level worldwide, etc.

Educational background and Skills:

  • BA/MA Degree in Business&Economics/Marketing management;
  • Previous experience, even if short, gained as e-commerce specialist would be appreciated;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint);
  • Google Analytics/Magento/Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
