L'entreprise
Born in 2005 thanks to self-sacrifice and experience of entrepreneur Franco Masilla, Sirma Hotels is a hotel and restaurant management company that has been operating for 3 generations. In 2011 the company decided to invest in catering business considering the Hotel an open place, without doors, reference point for the city, with an attractive offer for a wide range of customers.
Following to the professional partnership with Chef Marco Gargaglia, the project begins to achieve important results.
Today we are present in Perugia, engaged in the management of Hotel Quattrotorri, a 4-star property part of the internation hotel chain Best Western (the only one in Umbria). We also manage "Il Vizio" restaurant annexed to the above hotel and as "latest arrival" Collins' restaurant, annexed to Hotel Brufani, the only 5-star luxury hotel of Perugia, belonging to Sina Hotels chain.
We are present in Foligno with management of the historic Hotel Poledrini, soon 4 stars hotel, which enjoys a wonderful location in the city center.
Last but not least, we manage Masseria Mazzetta, in deep Salento (Puglia), a property dating back to the early 1900s, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. A magical and timeless place to live unforgettable experiences.
