We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

  • Have product visions, lead the software selection process, development or procuration with external partners, testing and implementation, up to data-based optimisation of existing digital products
  • Contribute to the processes of all products, including competitive and usage analysis, wireframing, prototyping, testing and optimisation.
  • Identify business opportunities, establish product visions and strategies and define success KPI's for them
  • Assists in recording, moderating and prioritising user requests in cross-functional teams, creates roadmaps and project plans and prepares technical documentation
  • Independently manage the backlog, coordinate internal and external partners and communicate with project participants.
  • Anticipate user needs through knowledge of the market and any customer journeys
  • Support the implementation and continuous optimisation of the products based on various success KPI's along the business objectives.
  • Prepare departments for the introduction of new tools
  • You are responsible for the escalation of critical support issues with the partners.
  • Depending on the project, you are the interface to all internal departments and to external service providers.


We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • a degree in business administration, innovation/communication management, business informatics, IT or a comparable degree
  • professional experience in a similar position, ideally at a software start-up or in another agile working environment
  • already gained experience in project management and worked with cross-functional project teams
  • a good understanding of IT and experience in agile work
  • a strong interest in innovation and automation
  • informed about current technical developments and (future) relevant technologies
  • good organisational skills and process-oriented thinking
  • a structured, independent and conceptual way of working
  • highly goal- and result-oriented and have a sense of responsibility
  • strong communication skills, assertiveness and flexibility
  • very good MS Office skills as well as good knowledge of web design/usability and e-commerce
  • excellent written and spoken German and English skills
