• Welcome and greet guests with professional and positive attitude
• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) according to the hotel’s standards
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations within the treatment rooms
• Keep a clean and stocked treatment room
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant guest queries, needs and expectations
Spa Receptionist:
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests demonstrating a high level of customer service and satisfac-tion
• Keep the reception area clean & tidy and maintain a consistent presence at the desk
• Escort guests to the treatment room and show all facilities
• Have knowledge of the type of treatments available and be able to give advice on treatment proce-dures
• Answer telephone calls, handle payments and rest functions
• Prepare guest schedules for the next day’s arrivals, making sure the treatments booked are accurate and booked in a suitable time frame
