We’re currently seeking a Laundry Manager to lead laundry operations at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, A natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart. The Laundry Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivating everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about hospitality and cleanliness and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Advanced knowledgeable of housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
